What is a franchise?

A franchise is an agreement or license between two parties which gives a person or group of people (You) the rights to market a product or service using the trademark of another business i.e. Active Learning. The franchisee (You) has the rights to market the product or service using the operating methods of Active Learning. The franchisee has the obligation to pay Active Learning certain fees and royalties in exchange for these rights. Active Learning has the obligation to provide these rights and support the franchisee to the maximum.

Therefore, it is possible to run your own company, be your own boss and have the full support of a recognised business behind you.

Both Active Learning and the franchisee have a strong vested interest in the success of the brand and keeping their customers happy to achieve success together. The more successful you are as a business the more success our brand becomes a whole.
